Standing 14′ high and about 12′ wide, the new bronze sculpture by Chris Williams on North Main St. in Ipswich honors the town’s creative community. It was conceived and funded by Ipswich resident Richard Silverman as a tribute to his late wife Robin Silverman.

Just seeing this for the first time (01 June 2022), when ‘Googling” Robin, my favorite artist of all time. Having been a former resident of Ipswich and falling in love with her watercolors, I have seven pieces of her beautiful work. Of this I am sure, she obviously, profoundly knew more than art to have such a wonderful sculpture in her honor. Please know, Richard, I will always treasure knowing Robin and her outstanding artwork . . .
