Winter Wellness Sampler is back for its 4th year!
Join us for a seasonal series designed to help you move through the darkest, coldest months with care, curiosity, and connection.
- The January 23 session will be held at Boone Hall, Ascension Episcopal Church, located on County Street.
- The next seven sessions will be held at the Ipswich Town Hall gym in the heart of Ipswich at 25 Green Street.
From sound healing and meditation to movement and self-compassion practices, Winter Wellness Sampler invites you to explore a variety of wellness modalities that support rest, resilience, and your own innate capacity to heal. Whether you attend one session or the whole series, you’re welcome just as you are.
