According to a previous owner, the house was built in 1938 to resemble the house at 419 Linebrook. It therefore incorporates similar features of the Greek Revival Vernacular style as the story-and-one-third configuration, the small square windows on the second level, and an Asher Benjamin-inspired doorway.
