This large gothic revival house is not on the 1910 map, but a 1920 date is on the Ipswich assessors site.
- It appears that James Morgan built the house in 1939. Salem Deeds 3174,374. He sold the lot and house three years later (Salem Deeds 3286,549) to Jane and Robert Marchisio, who opened the Marguery Restaurant the same year.
- The date is from Salem Deeds 2869, 598: Deed of land from Elmer A. Wiley to Frederick E. Stevens.
- Wiley purchased the lot from Robert T. Banford. Salem deeds book=02738, page 116
