The Great Storm of 1815

Jane Hooper was inĀ 1760 a Newburyport "school dame" but after she lost that job sheĀ found fameĀ as a fortune-teller. When the Madame made herĀ yearly visit toĀ Ipswich, the young and the oldĀ called on herĀ to learn of their fates.
