Sunday, May 17 – Ipswich 101 – Are you new to Ipswich or in the dark about this town’s long and rich history? This tour is designed as a crash course through Ipswich’s past. Join Scott Jewell for a walk through some of the highlights and lowlights that have shaped this great town over thousands of years.
The Ipswich Museum Sunday Strolls this April and May are being led by experienced guides, Stephanie Gaskins and Scott Jewel, topics range from the life and art of Arthur Wesley Dow to pivotal moments of Ipswich history.
Tours will begin at 2 PM, starting from the Heard House at 54 S. Main Street in Ipswich. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers; reservations are required. Tickets are now available on the Ipswich Museum website. Please reach out to educator@ipswichmuseum.org with any questions.
